For employers

The employers we partner with appreciate how simple we make the hiring process. We carefully match candidates to roles that align with their strengths and interests, helping you bring on a motivated team member who’s ready to contribute with confidence from day one.

When needed, we provide free on-the-job assessments, coaching, and  no-cost assistive technology such as screen reader software (JAWS), advanced speech-to-text tools, adaptive keyboards, and mobility modifications. Employers may also qualify to have wages covered during the assessment period, reducing financial risk while evaluating a potential hire.
